1. Do Grenadian citizens need ETIAS?

✓ Yes — once ETIAS becomes operational
  • You are travelling on an eligible Grenada passport
  • Your trip is a short stay of up to 90 days in any 180-day period
  • You are visiting one or more of the 30 ETIAS countries
  • You are travelling for tourism, business, transit or another permitted short-stay purpose

ETIAS is a travel authorisation for visa-exempt travellers. It is not a visa and approval does not itself guarantee entry at the border.

2. Passport rules for Grenada

Apply with the Grenada passport you will actually use for travel. ETIAS will be linked to that passport.

The ETIAS authorisation will be electronically linked to the passport used in the application. If that passport expires or is replaced, a new ETIAS will normally be required.

ETIAS for travellers from Grenada

  • ETIAS does not replace normal border checks.
  • The 90/180-day short-stay rule continues to apply.
  • Each eligible traveller needs an individual authorisation.
