1. Do Paraguayan citizens need ETIAS?
- You are travelling on an eligible Paraguay passport
- Your trip is a short stay of up to 90 days in any 180-day period
- You are visiting one or more of the 30 ETIAS countries
- You are travelling for tourism, business, transit or another permitted short-stay purpose
ETIAS is a travel authorisation for visa-exempt travellers. It is not a visa and approval does not itself guarantee entry at the border.
2. Passport rules for Paraguay
Apply using the Paraguayan passport you will carry for the trip. ETIAS will be electronically linked to that passport.
The ETIAS authorisation will be electronically linked to the passport used in the application. If that passport expires or is replaced, a new ETIAS will normally be required.
